Geoff Steinberg
Geoff has been building custom homes in Toronto for over 30 years. He has owned and operated a successful contracting company in the city and has completed many projects large and small. He is an expert in all facets of low-rise construction, commercial contracting and retrofitting historic homes.
David Steinberg
Born and raised in Toronto, Dave is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and has been working in the industry for over 15 years in all aspects of residential and commercial construction. His expertise lies in foundations; waterproofing, structural work, basement lowering and homes nearing the 100-year-old mark or carry a historic designation. He also is an expert in mold, hazardous waste removal and environmental contracting. He is IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) certified and carries designations in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation, Health and Safety, Fire and Smoke Remediation, Indoor Marijuana Grow Operation remediation.
