With over 30 years in the industry and over 100 years in combined experience in waterproofing & foundation structural repairs we continue to service our customers with top of the line product offerings and installations. We are a fully bonded and insured up to $10 million in liability insurance.

All staff are regularly safety trained, covered by WSIB and trained on the materials by the manufacturer.  We are certified for excavation, spray applied equipment, shoring, waterproofing and carry manufacturer warranty on our NaturaSeal installations. Our team has executed 10,000+ waterproofing applications throughout the Greater Toronto Area with great success. All commercial projects are witnessed by the manufacturers so you can be assured all applications are done to spec and perfect. Large or small, we will price it for you and execute within a timely manner.

We are familiar with all major products from our suppliers: NaturaSeal, Tremco, Soprema, Henry Bakor, Carlisle and Sika to name a few. We are at the forefront in pushing for Eco-friendly solutions in our industry and have options with zero VOC, approved by the Green Building Council and unmatched performance comparables.

Our sales team is very experienced in the residential, commercial and ICI properties with extensive inspection training in moisture and structure. We all carry moisture meters, FLIR infrared cameras, and laser measuring tools to ensure we isolate and diagnose right the first time.
